Vestibular Rehabilitation Therapy (VRT) is a specialized form of exercise-based physical therapy which retrains the brain to properly coordinate information between the inner ear, the eyes and the proprioceptive system.

VRT improves or resolves symptoms of:

-Dizziness or lightheadedness

-Blurred or bouncing vision

-Vertigo/Sense of spinning

-Nausea

-Imbalance or unsteadiness

-Lack of coordination

-Difficulty concentrating

-Headaches
